As an extra we can arrange breakfast, € 8,75 per person a day. October, April  € 25, - per week, November till March € 45,- per week. - Final cleaning is included. - Included are:   2x per week change towels etc., 1x per week linen change.     If wanted, we provide an arrival package at € 17.50 per person.     - Guests € 15, - per person per day, no overnight guests allowed.  - When booking 20% deposit, balance 6 weeks before arrival.  - Deposit € 200, - cash upon arrival. Refund/settlement at departure.   - Cancellation:  20% of the total rent      cancellation within four months for the scheduled date, 30% of the total rent.      cancellation within two months for the scheduled date, 50% of the total rent.      cancellation within 4 weeks for the scheduled date, full rent.               Provide a good travel-  and / or cancellation insurance!
